pH-Drink Bifido contains the natural plant fibre inulin, which has a bifidogenic and prebiotic effect. Inulin stimulates the growth and activity of health-promoting bifidus bacteria - and increases calcium absorption capacity.

This alkaline drink contains no sodium. This is added by many other manufacturers, but is dangerous because it would react with stomach acid in the stomach to form table salt, and we already consume too much of this anyway.
pH-drink Bifido is therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet (e.g. for high blood pressure and hypertension)

Bifidogenic inulin
Inulin serves as a nutrient for bifidobacteria and supports their growth and activity. It is mainly the health-promoting bifidus bacteria that use inulin and oligofructose to multiply. Regular intake of pH-drink Bifido leads to a significant increase in bifidobacteria and thus stimulates the natural defence mechanisms and supports well-being.

Increased calcium absorption capacity
Calcium plays one of the most important roles in the acid-base balance. With persistent acid exposure, the body breaks down the alkaline calcium from the bones, especially at night, in order to balance the acid-base pool. This can lead to osteoporosis (bone loss). The nutritional statistics show a deficiency in calcium intake. Optimum utilisation of the calcium consumed has absolute priority. Bone formation (calcium storage) takes place up to the age of approx. 25 years, after which a slow reduction begins.
Initial scientific studies with inulin and oligofructose show that their intake can increase the absorption of calcium, magnesium and iron by more than 20%.

Ingredients

Organically certified agaveinulin min. 90% inulin content (prebiotic oligofructose FOS fructooligosaccharides), organically certified cane sugar, lemon juice extract, concentrate of whole lemons, calcium citrate, potassium carbonate, ascorbic acid, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, natural silica (anti-caking agent), iron-II-, zinc- and manganese citrate.

Recommended dosage

Take 2 measuring spoons 1-3 times a day, spread just to the edge (= 2 x 8 g), a quarter of an hour before a meal or bedtime in 150-200 ml of still water and drink on an empty stomach.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the refrigerator).
