Loyalty discount - loyalty pays off

Customers who have been with us for a long time are rewarded for their loyalty - with a loyalty discount. This means increasingly better discount levels when reaching a total turnover through further orders!

Loyalty discounts are a popular way in many shops to reward regular customers and motivate them to stay. After all, after a while you reach special prices that you can't get anywhere else.
Usually, the shops count the sales of the year or the last 365 days together. With us, you get discounts from the technically feasible date, i.e. for all sales from February 2021! This is the date on which our current shop was installed; counting earlier sales is not technically possible.
The loyalty discount only applies to purchases made directly via a fully-fledged customer account at www.energyvital.de. Orders via guest account, Hood.de or Galaxus are excluded.
The turnover is automatically counted directly in this account, customers should therefore only ever use one customer account and not create a new one for every order, then the discount cannot be used.

For telephone orders, the loyalty discount is granted on request.

As a rule, the loyalty discount is only possible by ordering via a customer account.
But of course we do not want to disadvantage our many senior customers, who often do not have a PC. They are welcome to continue to benefit from our discounts by phone, but should be reminded of this in conversation, as we do not automatically check all previous sales for each order.
Customers who are fit on a PC or smartphone are welcome to benefit from our discounts automatically when ordering on the device.

Attention all regular customers: Important change from June 2023

This software, which we used to automatically calculate 16 discount levels, was not available for a few years. During this time, we were only able to maintain 5 discount levels manually, which did not always work well, as it could happen that a customer was overlooked.
Now, every customer automatically receives their corresponding discount.
Of course, there can now be fluctuations. Regular customers may now have slightly different discounts compared to before June 2023. We ask for your understanding. With a five-digit number of customer accounts in our accounting department since 2010, we cannot please everyone, but overall we still have the best and most lucrative discount system of all suppliers of the brands we carry. In our opinion, shopping with us is still the cheapest, anyone who can prove otherwise, please let us know and we will adjust our shop immediately!
