As every year at Christmas, there are a few special things to note.
First of all, the good news: nothing will change for us! So no business closure over the holidays, no shipping delays.
The public holidays or quasi-holidays (Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve) are so conveniently located in the week this year that it not only gives us and our customers a few more days off than last year.
For us, this also means that we can treat ourselves to a few days' rest without a shop, without exceeding the promised dispatch deadlines. So for everything that is in stock, 1-3 working days from ordering (Saturday is not a working day according to the legal regulations in online retail).
We ship until 25 December in the morning (the last parcels from 24 December in the evening are put into the packing station before we leave for the family). And on 31 December we are back in the office and send everything in stock. So no delays, no breaks and no error-prone shop helpers!

However, there are a few special features to bear in mind:

• For everything we have to reorder, dispatch is naturally delayed by a few days, which is always the case "between the years".
  
• Natur Vital will be on holiday from20 December to 31 December 2024, which means that all orders for products that we do not have in stock and need to reorder will be delayed! Anything we reorder there after 19 December will be delivered to us on 03 January 2025 at the earliest!
