It's as simple as this
Mix the whipped cream with the sugar and bring to the boil briefly. Mix in the fish gelatine (the liquid should no longer be simmering). Add the vanilla sugar.
Let cool briefly and then fill into small glasses. Put in the fridge for at least 5 hours. It is best to leave overnight. Enjoy with strawberry or raspberry jam or fresh fruit, depending on taste.
