Important information about our discounts

In our online store you can find a lot of saving options.

We have 3 types of discounts:

1. changing discount promotions.

With us you will always find new discount promotions, depending for example on holidays like Christmas, seasons or something like Green Friday.

So there is very often the opportunity to save!
And unlike many other stores that only want to get rid of slow-moving items or MHD goods during such promotions, we very often have current and highly sought-after products on such occasions!

Since these promotions often change, we always have to program new discount codes. This is not always easy with our state of the art store system (Shopware 6) with dozens of setting options, or errors occur from time to time.
If a discount code does not work for you, no problem. Write us a short email or if you have already ordered, but the discount code should actually be valid, we will of course deduct the amount after the purchase or refund it!

2. quantity discounts

If customers order several articles, this has advantages for us, e.g. more favorable purchase conditions with the manufacturer or less expenditure of work with the dispatch, if a customer operates meaningful stock planning and orders from a tin with long MHD immediately several instead of placing every 4 weeks a new order.

We pass on this advantage with discounts!
The standard pattern is 5% from 2 pcs and 10% from 5 pcs of an item.
Rarely this can deviate, e.g. if a manufacturer prescribes us the discount levels or if we offer articles of a manufacturer who offers us only a moderate margin.

For some articles only 5 % from 2 pcs are entered and no further discount level. This can also be due to the simple reason that in 10 years no one has ever ordered more than 4 units of the article at once. Then we leave out the second level, simply because that looks better in the store and is clearer.
Nevertheless, you are welcome to have the discount from 5 pcs, in that case just ask by email! On request we will set up the discount after the order.

3. loyalty discounts for regular customers

Every regular customer who orders more than once and exceeds 100 Euro total order value is our regular customer.

Important general note about our discounts

Of course we also accept orders via hotline. However, we would like to point out that our generous discounts in the store are binding only for orders placed directly in the online store.
This makes sense, because every telephone order takes about 20 minutes and in about 10% of the cases we have cost-intensive problems, e.g. addresses are given incorrectly or misunderstood.
In the case of store orders, the time we spend is no more than 5 minutes and the problem rate associated with costs is less than 1%.
So it is logical that we pass this cost advantage on to our customers, just as it is logical that we cannot guarantee this for telephone orders.
We make a few exceptions, e.g. for regular customers with a very advanced age who do not have a computer or smartphone and order frequently due to high demand. These will of course continue to receive their discount, after personal consultation with us.
For all other customers applies: Cheap you buy with us always, very cheap it goes directly in the online store!
