According to studies, customers love free shipping. And they especially love it when it's simple, so "zero" is more understandable than "so-and-so shipping costs for orders up to so-and-so and above less or free or whatever...".

And of course we love it when on the one hand we have less work, e.g. with invoicing, and on the other hand customers visit us more often than in other shops.

That's why we are now testing for the next few weeks whether we can generally ship free of charge in Germany!

If that works out well, it can stay that way.

If it doesn't, e.g. if tens of customers buy a tin of chewing gum with free shipping and we make a huge loss, we'll have to change it again.

But for now we assume that it will be good! So more customers buy, but they still don't stay exclusively in the lowest price range.

Whereby our lucrative quantity discounts will certainly help. Whether with or without shipping costs, with us it is always worthwhile to take a little more and save e.g. 5 % from 2 pcs. or 10 % from 5 pcs. Just pay attention to the best before date, which we openly state in the shop, unlike 99% of all online shops with food or food supplements!

Update 09.08.2021:

There are now 2 months of experience with "free shipping on everything".

At the beginning it looked good, i.e. a very small share of customers who ordered under 20 euros, i.e. the area where it slowly becomes a minus business to then also spend 5 euros actual shipping unkonsten.

Unfortunately, the proportion of very small orders has increased in the meantime. It's really no longer worth selling a wooden toy for 4 euros or a tin of chewing gum for 6.70 euros without shipping costs if we then have to pay the real 4-5 euros ourselves. And the Paypal fees. And the shipping boxes. And and and...
And unfortunately, some people have taken to ordering the same low-priced product postage-free every few weeks, even though the MHD for it was 2 years. Of course, you can't keep up an offer like that!

So "free shipping for everything" will not be possible for much longer. Actually, it's only because I haven't found the time yet to reprogram everything again.

But the new concept will definitely be more than fair. First of all, we'll collect all the shipping costs that other shops that also carry our brands have - and then make ours even cheaper!

On the other hand, we also offer quantity discounts for orders of 1 piece or more, which almost none of the other shops offer!
And thanks to our unique best-before date display system, you can easily plan your stock so that you can make good use of the quantity discounts, but also be sure not to order too much.
