WOSCHA Zinc Citrate - the trace element with maximum bioavailability
Zinc has a variety of functions for our well-being and is therefore one of the most important trace elements. It activates over 300 enzymes and is involved in numerous metabolic processes.
Particular attention should be paid to ensuring an adequate supply of zinc during pregnancy, when exercising or taking medication for rheumatism.
A balanced, healthy diet provides a good basis for this.
Zinc in citrate form
This product is available in organic zinc compounds and is therefore particularly bioavailable. Due to its good tolerability, it is also suitable for sensitive stomachs. People with stomach problems in particular, who would have to take gastric acid inhibitors, benefit from taking minerals in citrate form. Minerals have to be converted into citrates anyway so that the body can absorb them. If there is a lack of acid in the stomach for health reasons, this cannot happen. It is therefore best to take minerals in citrate form.
