Zinc renaturalised in food matrix
Zinc is a trace element and is therefore essential for our body. This means that we must obtain it from our diet. As an important co-factor, it is involved in numerous metabolic processes and is a true all-rounder due to its many positive properties (see Nutritive properties). It is advisable to maintain a normal zinc level, especially if you frequently consume nicotine or do not eat animal products.

Ingredients
Lactobacillus bulgaricus (inactive), microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate (bulking agents), zinc citrate, vegetable stearic acid (anti-caking agent), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent), sodium carboxymethylcellulose (binder), magnesium salt of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), copper sulphate.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid.
