As the name suggests, this blend is specially formulated for women. Especially for the time around and during the menopause, it is orientated towards the special nutritional needs of women. The diosgenin naturally contained in the yam root supports the body's own production of DHEA DeHydroEpiAndrosterone.
The root of wild yam contains diosgenin.
In combination with the body's own hormone progesterone, this diosgenin is important for the balance of oestrogen and testosterone.

77 % yam rhizome extract (Dioscorea opposita Thunb., contains 60 % diosgenin), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), bulking agent: calcium carbonate, rhubarb root extract 20:1 (Rheum officinale Baill.), monk's pepper extract 10:1 (Vitex agnus castus).
Recommended dosage
2 capsules daily unchewed with sufficient liquid.
