The easiest and safest way to ensure an optimal supply of vitamin D3 is to take concentrated vitamin D3 in the form of a dietary supplement. This vitamin D3 spray is easy to use: simply shake and spray 1 puff into the mouth. It is alcohol-free and vegan.

Current information
The reference values for adults for vitamin D have recently been significantly increased by the DGE, from 5mcg to 20mcg!
This means that a daily portion contains 100% of the daily requirement according to the DGE, which is scientifically correct. However, as the scientifically outdated nutritional labelling regulations still apply to online shops, we have to state 400% in our nutritional table!
Please note the current DGE recommendation from 2012!
It is well known that you should not consume unlimited amounts of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, as they are toxic in very high doses.
But for this reason, customers need not fear that they are taking in too much vitamin D with this product!
This is also confirmed by current recommendations from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), according to which this product is absolutely safe.

Consumption recommendation of the manufacturer
