Energybalance Vitamin B contains all B vitamins in optimum doses: Only 5 sprays contain the full daily requirement of an adult. This means that no application is forgotten, because it is of course better to take vitamins throughout the day than all at once. It's no different with food.

But even at home, 2 or 3 slim spray bottles in the bathroom cabinet look much better than a collection of bulky tins.

It is also ideal and flexible to use, even for difficult users:

• Children who don't want pills. They will also appreciate the pleasant orange flavour. Sweetened with caries-inhibiting xylitol.
• Older people with swallowing difficulties. Or people of all ages with difficulty swallowing, something that doesn't just happen in old age.
• Manufacturers like to use very high doses of B vitamins in particular, partly because B vitamins are hardly problematic for health even in large quantities.
  However, this is not always desirable, children have a lower requirement and some people are also rather sceptical about hypervitamin therapy.
  In the B vitamin mouth spray from Energybalance, the dosage is within reasonable limits with a single spray. This makes it much easier to regulate the intake; for children, for example, less than 5 sprays are sufficient.

Recommended intake

Recommended dosage: shake and spray 5 sprays into the mouth once a day.
