Tripl3 Iron provides the body with 100% of the daily recommended amount of iron. It also contains vitamin C and copper.
A major difference is the tolerance:
People who take iron often or a lot know the problem: it often causes abdominal pain, nausea, constipation and similar complaints.
This is particularly dramatic for people who already have problems with their digestive organs, but have to take iron on a permanent basis due to chronic iron loss, for example.
Complaints can be significantly exacerbated by this intake.

Powerful and alert with Tripl3 Iron!
Oxygen, which makes us powerful and alert, is transported in the blood by the "haemoglobin taxi". If this haemoglobin has too little oxygen, this can be due to an iron deficiency, but also to a lack of vitamin B12 or, more rarely, folic acid.
This is then noticeable in the feeling of extreme tiredness and fatigue and, as iron and rust tend to be red, in the paleness of the skin.
This can be a particular problem for people who absorb little iron (e.g. vegans) or regularly lose a lot of iron (pre-menopausal women).
Taking iron can be useful here. Iron fumarate is better tolerated than many other iron compounds.
