Taurine - for the production of all amino acids
Taurine belongs to the group of aminosulfonic acids, a sulfur-containing compound that is mainly found in animal foods. It is not a "real" amino acid, but is required for the production of all amino acids. Taurine has recently attracted a lot of attention, particularly in the energy drink market.
