The sun vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 menaquinone in optimal interaction
Vitamin D3 and K2 work as a team because they act synergistically. They must be present in sufficient quantities to achieve an optimum effect, especially in bone metabolism. Their interaction with calcium is also important, which is why this combination product is also very well suited as a supplement to taking calcium. Vitamin D promotes the storage of calcium in the bones, while vitamin K prevents it from being deposited on the arteries before it reaches the bones.St. Helia SuperVitamin D3 contains other valuable substances. Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble and is therefore in a vegetable oil base for optimum absorption. The natural essential spice plant oils support the rapid absorption of vitamin D3. The palm kernel oil contains the complete vitamin E family including tocotrienol. The sea buckthorn pulp oil ingredient also provides you with high-quality carotenoids. Sea buckthorn pulp oil contains around 20 times more carotenes than sea buckthorn oil and is one of the most valuable oils. In contrast to conventional products, which often only contain the single substance beta-carotene, St. Helia guarantees natural diversity.
St. Helia Supervitamin K2 with bioactive menaquinone (MK 7)
Vitamin K2 from St. Helia is vegan and has a very high bioavailability. The menaquinone MK 7 it contains is a form of vitamin K2 that is particularly well absorbed by the body. This effect is further enhanced by the combination with vitamin A.
- 100% active, utilisable vitamin K2 (MK 7)
- Also contains vitamin A in the form of carotene and vitamin E from tocopherols and tocotrienols
- Only 3 drops daily, i.e. a supply for 3 - 4 months
Trans-isomers - why are they important? Even within menaquinone MK 7 there are differences in quality. The question is whether MK with cis-trans isomers or with all-trans isomers was used as an ingredient. These isomers are molecules that differ significantly in their double bonds - and therefore in their biological activity.
- All-trans isomers can activate the proteins osteocalcin and MGP as co-factors.
- Cis-trans isomers are biologically inactive. They cannot be utilised by the body.
St. Helia Supervitamin K2 contains only the pure - biologically active - menaquinone MK 7 in the high-quality all-trans form. Guaranteed vegan production, without animal ingredients. Both products are manufactured completely vegan, without the use of animal substances and guaranteed GMO-free.

Note from EnergyVital resp. Consumption recommendation
We only provide the manufacturer's recommended intake here, as printed on the product in accordance with the law. We have to reproduce this 1:1 in the shop, whether it makes sense from a technical point of view or not.
This does not therefore mean that you generally have to take vitamin D and K in a ratio of 1:3 if you take them together!
Several factors would be important to find out your own individual dosage. For example, the recommendation of your therapist or the question of how severe a possible deficiency is. Your family doctor can also determine this with a test. If your GP refuses to do so, for cost reasons or because he or she simply has no idea about the subject (which is often concealed with the argument "unnecessary"...), you can also help yourself with the tests from Medivere.
Other medications should also be taken into account. If you have to take anticoagulants such as coumarins or apixaban (e.g. Eliquis®), you should definitely discuss the intake of vitamin K with your doctor, as vitamin K influences the effect of these drugs!
The dosages of our products in which vitamin D3 and K2 are combined in one bottle or capsule could be a helpful hint. The manufacturers naturally have something in mind, especially as we only offer products from manufacturers with a very high level of expertise. We generally do not offer brands whose management is staffed by business economists rather than naturopaths and nutritional therapists!
For example, Natur Vital, a company with a very high level of therapeutic expertise, offers a dosage of 25 µ D and 25 µ K in its combination product: Vitamin ADEK Oil, 30 ml, which would mean that we recommend taking one drop each of St. Helia Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 in this product!
Podomedi, also a manufacturer with a naturopath as its boss, recommends a ratio of vitamin D and K = 1:2.

Welches Gewicht bzw.
35 mg.
The aim of St. Helia is to combine ancient knowledge about vitamins, minerals and medicinal herbs with the latest science. The result is products that are of very high quality and purity, yet still reasonably priced.
What does manufacturer/marketer mean?
Every seller must indicate on the goods and also in the online shop the address of a responsible person established in the EU, usually this is the manufacturer.
In general, it does not matter which term you use, they are synonymous. The legislator prefers the term "distributor", but dealers usually use the more "handy" term "manufacturer".
However, it can happen that a non-EU manufacturer does not have a responsible person on EU territory. In that case, one has the choice of not offering such a good product at all or taking responsibility oneself, e.g. for service questions from customers. St. Helia does not have an address outside Switzerland, so we indicate ourselves as the distributor and are also responsible for any questions about the product.
