Spirulina Premium Iron Plus - The organic iron alternative

Spirulina Premium EISEN Plus consists of 100% gently dried, blue-green, spiral-shaped Spirulina platensis microalgae. These thrive in highly alkaline, mineral-rich mountain spring water from a protected sun farm under subtropical climatic conditions. In addition to an increased iron content, they also contain an impressive variety of essential nutrients.

When cultivating spirulina, the nutrient-rich spring water is additionally enriched with the trace element iron, which the microalgae metabolise completely. Iron is thus present in organically bound form and therefore has optimum bioavailability.
One tablet therefore contains 1 mg of organically bound iron, which is much better tolerated than iron that has been chemically added (e.g. in the form of ferrous gluconate). It is used in standard pharmacy products and causes stomach and intestinal problems in many people.
