The silicon in our combination preparation comes from highly concentrated plant extracts and not from deposits of dead shellfish, which can cause allergies. In field horsetail (horsetail) there are about 10 percent minerals from silicic acid containing silicon and water-soluble silicates. In addition, there are also 0.2 to 0.9 percent flavonoids (mainly kaempferol and quercetin). In bamboo shoots, silicon is organically bound as silica.
Calcium, zinc and manganese are also very important for bone health and play an important role in energy balance. Here they are present as bisglycinates, which the body can easily absorb and utilize directly.
