Rose root extract with 30 mg Q10 and a high proportion of rosavins + salidrosides
Rosavins thrives on the moist soils of the entire fell region up to the upper alpine zone at altitudes of around 2280 metres; grows in mountain gorges, on damp cliff ledges, on moorland and wet meadows. However, it also grows on dry, sandy soils at higher altitudes in the Arctic regions from Europe to Asia.
Each capsule contains 200 mg of rhodiola extract, and the positive properties of rhodolia are complemented by 30 mg of natural coenzyme Q10.

Ingredients
Rhodiola Rosea L. root extract with 3% rosavins and 3% salidrosides (origin Russia), natural coenzyme Q10, cellulose (VegeCaps).
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, 3 capsules if required, approx. half an hour before a meal.
