Bromelain, on the other hand, is a group of enzymes with proteolytic activity and is extracted from the flesh of pineapples, but mainly from their stems.

Ingredients
Quercetin, bromelain, cellulose (VegeCaps).
Recommended dosage
Adults: 2 capsules per day, 20 minutes before meals. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take the capsules during a meal.
