Pure lecithin without fillers and binders
Pure lecithin not only contains the natural lecithin complex (a mixture of various phospholipids), but is also present in the highest possible concentration.
Phospholipids play a key role in nature. They are the connecting element between water and oil and have structure-forming and numerous functional properties. Phospholipids are components of cell membranes, among other things, and play a central role in the entire metabolism.
The phospholipids contained are an excellent natural source of choline (from phosphatidylcholine) and phosphorus. Choline contributes, for example, to normal homocysteine and fat metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function. Phosphorus, which is essential for all biological organisms, is involved in energy metabolism and the maintenance of bones and teeth and contributes to the normal function of cell membranes.
The pleasant flavour makes LECITHIN granules a versatile enrichment and enhancement of the daily diet. From a nutritional point of view, an average daily intake of 10-15 grams for adults (approx. 2-3 teaspoons) is highly recommended.

Recommended intake
As a dietary supplement take 3g (1 teaspoon) daily. Halve the amount for children. The granules can be sprinkled into muesli or eaten on their own. It is also tasty and digestible when mixed with yoghurt, honey or fruit.
