Piperine is an ingredient in black pepper. It can be found in many food supplements as it can significantly increase the bioavailability of nutrients. It is particularly well known in combination with turmeric preparations. Some people react sensitively to black pepper due to its pungency. Piperine from Podo medi is therefore the ideal way to take individualised doses of piperine. WOSCHA Piperine is 100% natural and contains highly concentrated (95%) piperine. Each capsule contains 8 mg piperine, which is somewhat lower than in other preparations, but also allows sensitive people to take a suitable dosage.
It can also be beneficial after heavy meals or in cases of bloating.
