Pure enzyme-rich papain powder
Genuine Vital Papain is obtained exclusively from unripe papayas. To ensure a particularly high-quality product, we use a very small and complex process. The unripe, but already fully-grown fruits are first cut into so that the milky juice can escape and be collected. This process is repeated every 3 to 5 days until the fruit is ripe, whereby the milk juice coagulates in the air after a few hours. This is accelerated by additional stirring. The juice is then dried in a thin layer in a vacuum in the sun. This raw preparation is then purified again to remove any accompanying substances. The result is an absolutely pure, high-quality and completely natural product that is easy and practical to use.
