WOSCHA P-5-P Coenzyme B6 combines vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) with magnesium. All three substances are vital nutrients and perform similar tasks, making them an ideal combination for a lively everyday life.

Vitamin B6 is present as biologically active pyridoxal-5-phosphate. This means that it can be utilised by the body immediately and does not have to be produced in the liver first
The vitamin plays an important role in the formation of the neurotransmitters dopamine, noradrenaline and serotonin as well as in hormone regulation. Vitamin B6 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B2 is particularly important for eyesight. It contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and supports the function of the mucous membranes. Its ability to help protect cells from oxidative stress should be particularly emphasised.

Magnesium plays a particularly important role for muscles and bones, but also for our nerves.

Optimal interaction of similar properties

All three nutrients are very similar in their function and perform some of the same tasks. For example, they help to reduce fatigue and tiredness. They also work perfectly together.
