St. Helia's Orthoaktiv for bones and joints
Our bones and joints are our foundation. To ensure that they carry us through life for a long time without complaints, it is particularly important to ensure a sufficient supply of nutrients for joint wellbeing. Especially when they are exposed to high levels of sporting stress or have had to cope with a lot due to age. It contains collagen peptide, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the bones.
Collagen, chondroitin and glucosamine are now also available from vegan sources. However, the substances from non-vegan sources are considered to be more effective.
The glucosamine in comes from crustaceans, like most non-vegan glucosamine on the market. Collagen and chondroitin are obtained from pig skin. Naturally highly pure and of pharmaceutical quality.

Ingredients
Collagen hydrolysate (35 %), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM, 30 %), glucosamine sulphate (source:crustaceans), chondroitin sulphate, magnesium ascorbate, celery seed, nettle, stabilisers (hydroxypropyl cellulose, cellulose).
Recommended intake
Take 3 tablets daily with plenty of liquid.
