Multimineralien contains the most important minerals, highly available in a natural nutrient matrix and citrate form.
"Food State" means that the body recognises the minerals as natural food components and therefore utilises them better. This is achieved by processing minerals in buckwheat extract.
Minerals cannot be consumed "pure", but must be supplied to the body in the form of chemical compounds.
Citrates can be better absorbed by the body than most other chemical compounds. This optimises the bioavailability of the ingredients and ensures effective absorption.

Ingredients

Recommended dosage

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal or liquid without chewing. Switzerland: Take one capsule daily with a meal or liquid.
