MultiZym is rich in selected enzymes that support digestion. Enzymes ensure that food is broken down into its components. They are normally produced in the pancreas. They ensure that important food components are utilised for the metabolism. However, if the pancreas is overloaded, this process can be restricted - bloating, gas and a feeling of fullness are often the result.
This is just one example of how MultiZym can be used. The way it works depends on when it is taken.
If you take the capsules with a sumptuous lunch, they help significantly with digestion, but do not enter the body. If you take them a long time between meals, they can enter the body, where they have other beneficial effects.
