Multivitamins and minerals for children

The new multivitamin product for children replaces the previous multivitamin tablets for children. It has the advantage that it is also accepted by children who do not like tablets and capsules or can simply be stirred into food, e.g. in fruit yoghurt.
The amounts of vitamins and minerals are optimised for children's needs. The powder form also makes it easier for parents to optimise the quantities. Capsules are rigid, tablets can at best be divided, with powder parents can give their child as much as they want to the milligram.

Vitamins and minerals are available in different chemical forms and from different sources. Many children's products contain harmful substances such as sweeteners or sugar. Multi-Kids from Natur Vital contains none of these.
It also makes a big difference whether you take them in a cheap, poorly utilisable form or with very high-quality compounds. Very cheap products from chemists, supermarkets and, unfortunately, often from pharmacies contain these substances, but are still often expensive, with which the industry exploits the ignorance of parents.
Natur Vital's Multi-Kids contains only the best substances, for example:

• Vitamin B12 cheap = cyanocobalamin (note that the word cyanide is already in it...). Vitamin B12 from Natur Vital = the high-quality and expensive methylcobalamin
• Folic acid cheap = folate (which approx. 50% of people cannot utilise at all due to a metabolic peculiarity). The folic acid in Multi-Kids contains 5-MTHF, the best compound that everyone can absorb, as it is already present in a "body-compatible" form.
• Calcium cheap = calcium carbonate (cheapest lime, very popular in cheap food supplements). This powder contains the branded raw material MCH-Cal™from New Zealand. This is hydroxyapatite, as it occurs in bones and can also be directly incorporated by the body. The source is bones from healthy New Zealand grazing cattle. This branded raw material also contains type I collagen, which is also found in bones. At first glance, Multi-Kids may not appear to contain much calcium at 150 mg per daily portion, but this is used very effectively, as studies have shown (see below). This makes more sense than taking high doses of calcium, e.g. as calcium carbonate, which is not utilised as well and can also be deposited in arteries as calcification!
• Vitamin K is also important for this, contained here as the high-quality branded raw material vitaMK7®. This not only ensures healthy blood clotting, which is important, for example, for rapid wound closure if the child falls on its knee, but also prevents calcium from taking the wrong route into the artery walls
• Iron fumarate is well tolerated. Very sensitive people get stomach ache from cheap iron compounds, iron fumarate does not cause such problems.
• Vitamin B6 is available in the best form P5P.
• Inulin as a carrier and bulking agent is important for the nutrition of healthy intestinal bacteria and is therefore prebiotic.
  
• Various fruit powders provide good flavour. Which of course also contain the beneficial vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances of these fruits

Recommended intake

Children from 4 years: 2 scoops, children from 10 years: 4 scoops three times a week in drinks or yoghurt. Dosing spoon is provided in a glass.
