The manufacturer Gencor Pacific Limited has developed a fenugreek extract with the brand name Testofen®, which can be used as a dietary supplement. The product is a patented extract that is standardised to a unique complex of active ingredients called Fenuside™ and consists of several saponins. Naturally occurring phytonutrients in fenugreek are saponins. Numerous human studies have also been conducted with Testofen®.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a herbal preparation with many uses. It is an herb that fits perfectly into a male formula, and it can be used alongside the comprehensive support it provides for vitality and stamina. Ashwagandha promotes male sexual function and improves sperm quality and fertility. The manufacturer Ixoreal offers the ashwagandha extract with the brand name KSM-66®, which Vitals uses. The development of this special extract was based on fourteen years of research. The effect of the preparation is ultimately based on the synergy of the different components. Maca

Maca is a root plant that occurs naturally in the high altitudes of the Peruvian Andes. The different maca varieties are distinguished by the colour of the tuber, which can be yellow, red or black. Due to the special proportions of its characteristic ingredients (such as glucosinolates and lignans), black maca is considered a typical "man's maca". Yellow maca (with other glucosinolates), on the other hand, is considered more of a "women's maca". The men's formula Pro Testosterone with the brand name Maca-OG™ contains mainly this black maca in a 10:1 concentrate. Maca is known to increase sexual desire. Like ashwagandha, it supports sperm quality, fertility and sexual function.

Zinc

Zinc is an important trace element in the men's formula Pro Testosterone. Zinc is known to help maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. Zinc has a direct influence on the production, storage and release of testosterone. Zinc is also necessary to release LH, which in turn is responsible for testosterone production. Zinc thus contributes to normal hormone balance. Zinc is also involved in the formation of sperm cells and is therefore beneficial for male fertility. In the Pro Testosterone male formula, an easily absorbable form of zinc bisglycinate has been used, in which zinc is combined with the amino acid glycine. Selenium

In addition to zinc, Men's Formula Pro Testosterone also contains a safe dose of the trace element selenium. By supporting sperm motility, selenium contributes to high-quality sperm. Like zinc, it has an antioxidant effect and can help to protect cells (including sperm cells) from oxidative damage. L-selenomethionine, a form of selenium with good absorption, is bound to the amino acid L-methionine.

Recommended dosage

Take 1 tablet twice a day with water with a meal.

Note

If you have hyperthyroidism or are taking thyroid medication, you should consult a doctor before using a supplement containing ashwagandha. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
