Magnesium chloride (Nigari), manufactured in Germany.
Nigari is an unrefined crystal of magnesium chloride. Nigari is a coagulant that is mainly used in Japanese cuisine to make tofu. Traditionally, nigari is extracted from seawater off the coast of Japan.Since the Fukushima nuclear disaster on 11 March 2011, many customers have expressed concerns about traditional nigari from the coastal waters of Japan. For this reason, EnergyBalance has opted for magnesium chloride from Germany. This magnesium chloride is produced from raw brine originating from the Zechstein Sea https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zechsteinmeer. This magnesium chloride is produced in Lower Saxony.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free and also suitable for diabetics.
Dosage
Dissolve 3 scoops* (3x0.5g=1.5g) in 1 glass of water twice a day (morning and evening) and drink on an empty stomach if possible.* The measuring spoon is included in the tin.
