FOOD STATE Magnesium is embedded in a food matrix made from probiotic Lactobacillus Bulgaricus. The carbohydrates and amino acids it contains also accompany magnesium in living cells, making it available to the organism in a similar way to food. This allows a relatively low magnesium concentration in the tablet. Side effects such as nausea can therefore be avoided and people with sensitive stomachs can also benefit from the positive properties of magnesium.
