MSM - organic sulphur
MSM is the form in which sulphur occurs naturally in all living organisms. In nature, MSM is found in fresh vegetables and fruit and in rainwater. Organically bound sulphur is odourless and is an important component of many enzymes, cartilage and many other important compounds and structures in the body. Naturally occurring sulphur in food is destroyed by heating. Sulphur is found in the body primarily in protein-rich tissues.
