MSM (MethylSylfonylMethane) is a high-quality organically bound sulphur. MSM is the form in which sulphur occurs naturally in all living organisms. MSM can be found in rainwater, fresh fruit and vegetables. Organically bound sulphur is odourless and an important component of many enzymes, cartilage and many other important compounds and structures in the body. Naturally occurring sulphur in food is destroyed by heating. Sulphur is found in the body primarily in protein-rich tissues.
