L-tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids that are vital for our body. In food, L-tryptophan is found as a component of proteins, particularly in meat, hen's eggs and cashew and sunflower seeds. WOSCHAL-Tryptophan also contains vitamin B6 to support L-tryptophan in its tasks.

Ingredients
L-tryptophan, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (veg. capsule), magnesium, pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
Recommended dosage
1 EMBO-CAPS® once daily, on an empty stomach with fruit juice or water. Protein-rich food inhibits the absorption of L-tryptophan, so it should be taken with carbohydrate-rich food or on an empty stomach.
Warnings from the manufacturer
People with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, asthmatics, pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents should not take L-tryptophan.
