WOSCHA L-Opti Zinc was specially developed for the internal care of skin and hair. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, skin and hair. Copper supports normal hair pigmentation.
L-Opti Zinc describes a patented process of zinc and methionine. Methionine is an amino acid that is easily absorbed by the body. This also significantly increases the bioavailability of zinc. The copper contained can also be absorbed very well due to the citrate form and is in an optimal 10:1 (zinc:copper) ratio to zinc.

Both trace elements compete with each other during transport and absorption into the cells. Too much zinc can restrict copper absorption - and vice versa. It is therefore important to take both together.
