Krill oil (crustacean Euphausia superba) comes from the Antarctic and is highly dosed - 500 mg krill oil per softgel capsule.
Krill oil is rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA and supports heart and brain function as well as vision.
Krill oil offers a very good alternative to conventional omega-3 fish oil capsules. Especially for people who do not want to eat seafood or fish dishes.
