Changes: Some herbal powders have been replaced by herbal extract powders, which means that the active ingredient content is lower at first glance (previously 20 mg, now around 5 mg), but in fact higher, as extracts are more concentrated! Due to the partial increase in the active ingredients, the recommended daily intake has been reduced from "1-3 capsules" to "1 capsule"; in fact, the product is now considerably cheaper, i.e. the price per jar has remained the same, but you now have to take considerably less than before!

Stimulating herbs & spices for the gut with bacteria

The Natur Vital Intestinal Cleansing Complex is a microbiotic food and consists of herbal fibres and spices that absorb digestive residues and activate the intestinal passage.
It also contains beneficial microorganisms to support the intestinal flora. This valuable combination brings together the power of plants and the positive effect of selected florabiotic bacteria.

Multiple positive effects:

• Flosamen to which water is added are characterised by very strong swelling and a slimy consistency. They have a positive effect on both constipation and the opposite problem. Anything too solid is softened, anything too liquid is bound and swollen. In this way, they not only increase the intestinal mass and thus contribute to satiety, but also cleanse the intestinal wall and stimulate its function.
• Konjac swells up strongly and even has a health claim for weight reduction. However, this would require a daily intake of 3 g. You can find pure konjac capsules to increase the amount in our range.
• Alfalfa is a natural source of vitamin K2. In traditional Chinese medicine, it also has many effects on the intestines. We do not want to list them all here to avoid getting into trouble with regard to the Health Claims Regulation. If we were to describe all the effects of all the herbs contained in Natur Vital Darmkomplex, this description would be very long!
• Many people knowfennel seeds from the tea they like to make when they have an upset stomach or bowel. There is therefore no need to describe its beneficial and soothing effect in more detail here, as most people will be familiar with it.
• Raspberry leaves contain a lot of tannins and are often used for stomach and intestinal problems. Many people know this from black tea, which for many people is the only tolerable food for bad intestinal upsets. It is also often used as a pregnancy tea because it has an antispasmodic and relaxing effect on the uterus and can even induce labour. We therefore do not recommend the tea for pregnant women who do not want this.
• Pectins such as apple pectin are water-soluble dietary fibres and, in addition to the well-known benefits of dietary fibres, also have the lesser-known advantage of virtually absorbing toxins and flushing them down the toilet.

Psyllium husk powder, glucomannan (from konjac root), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), powder of: Apple, alfalfa, cayenne fruit, apple pectin, buckthorn bark, barberry bark, burdock root, cascara bark, mahonia berries, fennel seed, cloves, lapacho bark, goldenseal root, fennel seed, garlic; magnesium caprylate, rhubarb root extract (30:1), raspberry leaf extract (3:1), cascarind extract (4:1), burdock root extract (4:1), Lactobacillus acidophilus cultures, barberry extract (10:1).

Consumption recommendation

During an intestinal cleansing programme (approx. 4 weeks) take 1 capsule daily before meals with a glass of water.

Note from EnergyVital

Pregnant women should only use this product after consulting a doctor or midwife, as raspberry leaves can trigger contractions. This may be desirable, but is not usually the case.
