Wie läuft der Bestellvorgang ab?
Nach Ihrer Bestellung wird Ihnen das gewünschte Test-Paket mit einer ausführlichen Anleitung zugesendet. Sie geben Ihre Probe in ein Probengefäß, schicken es in einem vorbereiteten Kuvert an Mediveres Partnerlabor GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH und erhalten nach 5-7 Tagen einen Befund mit der Bewertung Ihres Profils.

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass diese Tests bzw. die Versandabläufe für Deutschland und Österreich optimiert und vorfrankiert sind. Bestellungen aus dem weiter entfernten Ausland sind schon deshalb problematisch, weil die leicht verderblichen biologischen Proben nur eine begrenzte Zeit (maximal 4 Tage) auf dem Versandweg unterwegs sein dürfen. Kunden aus der Schweiz oder anderen EU-Ländern können es natürlich auf eigene Verantwortung versuchen, sollte der Test aber scheitern, lehnen wir jede Verantwortung oder Erstattung dafür ab.
