Nutritive properties

- Magnesium has a function in cell division.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage and teeth.

Ingredients
Algas calcareas (algae calcium, iron, fluorine, manganese, iodine), magnesium citrate, BIO camu camu extract, vitamin K2 (microencapsulated MK-7 menaquinone), quince extract (boron), yeast inactive Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vitamin D2), natural silica, cellulose (vegecaps).
Recommended dosage
4 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach; 2 capsules ½ hour before breakfast or lunch and 2 capsules before going to bed. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsules and sprinkle the contents into your food.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the refrigerator).
