The acerola cherry provides 30 times as much vitamin C as a lemon and, compared to ascorbic acid, contains other natural secondary plant substances (antioxidants) that enhance the vitamin C it naturally contains. Zinc is involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body, as well as in the formation of genetic material and cell growth.

Recommended dosage
