Microbiological examination of the intestinal flora for fungi and beneficial and harmful bacteria
Quantitative bacteriological and mycotic stool examination: aerobic and anaerobic intestinal flora, yeasts, moulds, pH value; incl. detection of Clostridium difficile.
The faecal fora is made up of numerous different components. These provide information on all external factors that affect the intestinal flora. The extent of the changes in the faecal flora provides information about the severity of the cause, but does not allow conclusions to be drawn about specific diseases. Analysing the stool flora is therefore particularly suitable as a lice control for gastrointestinal diseases or diseases of multicausal origin, such as neurodermatitis.
The results can be used as the basis for individualised therapy with the aim of restoring healthy intestinal flora. However, this should only be carried out after consultation with a doctor or therapist.

You place your sample in a tube and send it in a prepared envelope to Medivere's partner laboratory, GANZIMMUN DIAGNOSTICS AG. You will receive a report with the evaluation of your profile after approx. 5-7 working days.
