Not all fats are the same. Some fats are vital for the body. Omega-3 fatty acids are an important part of a healthy diet. EPA and DHA are contained in high concentrations.
These two fatty acids are responsible for the health benefits of fish oil.
Fish oil usually also contains other, less valuable fatty acids. Cheaper products that contain more of these and less of EPA and DHA do not really save money.
Natur Vital fish oil is obtained exclusively from marine fish (sardine and anchovy) from the cold and oxygen-rich regions of the South Pacific off New Zealand. The liver of the fish is not processed in order to prevent contamination by environmental toxins and heavy metals.
Nutritive properties

Ingredients

Recommended dosage
1-2 capsules daily. Fish oil is best tolerated if you take the capsules unchewed with food.
