FasaSana is a new type of multi-fibre food supplement which, together with valuable B vitamins and silica, supports your well-being in a sustainable way.
The German Nutrition Society recommends an intake of 30 g fibre per day. However, according to the WHO (World Health Organisation), many people in industrialised countries do not achieve the required fibre intake.
Dietary fibre is very important for our well-being. It is generally known that it stimulates digestion and thus promotes bowel movement. But there are other effects too. For example, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) considers it proven that fibre slows down the absorption of carbohydrates (e.g. sugar) in the blood and can therefore regulate blood sugar levels. It also keeps you feeling full for longer, which supports weight management. Fibre also has a positive effect on serum cholesterol levels.
But fibre has other benefits too: apple fibre contains secondary plant substances such as flavonoids, which are polyphenols. Potato extract contains antioxidants, while guar gum has the effect of increasing the binding capacity of other dietary fibres. Gum arabic is highly soluble in water and has a thickening effect on liquids.
Dietary fibres are mainly found in cereal-based foods. However, many people cannot tolerate these due to gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance. Fasa Sana is the gentle alternative for them. The targeted use of dietary fibre is also recommended for detoxification cures in order to absorb toxins in the intestine.

Recommended intake
Dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (6 g) daily in 1 glass of water or juice and drink quickly before a meal.
