Highly concentrated cranberry extract in pure D-mannose
D-mannose is found in fruits and certain plants. The natural monosaccharide is absorbed in the intestine and from there enters the bloodstream. In contrast to double or multiple sugars, however, it does not affect the blood sugar level. The sugar is hardly metabolised by the liver and is excreted relatively quickly unchanged in the urine. Bacteria like to attach themselves to mannose, in which case they are excreted with it.
New formula completely additive-free
At the request of many customers, Natur Vital has removed the ingredients silicon dioxide and maltodextrin, which were included as an anti-caking agent and to ensure a uniform powdery consistency. Now it is absolutely pure, but no longer as uniform and lump-free as before. This does not affect its function in any way and its properties are obviously even better now. Just a note for customers who have known the product for a long time: The no longer absolutely uniform and powdery consistency as before is no impairment of quality!

Ingredients
D-mannose, cranberry extract (10 % proanthocyanidins).
Recommended dosage
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (2 g) daily, in acute cases also twice daily if required, in 200 ml water or fruit juice and take at intervals with meals.
