Colostrum - The first milk
Colostrum is the first milk available to newborn babies. This milk is a real treasure trove of nutrients such as vitamins, amino acids, minerals and enzymes. Colostrum from cow's milk is very similar to human colostrum, albeit in much higher doses, making cow's milk colostrum particularly suitable as a dietary supplement.
