Most of the traditionally administered herbs are contained as highly concentrated plant extracts. This makes them much more effective than a powder.

Lapacho bark contains numerous naphthoquinones as well as an unusually high amount of minerals and trace elements.
Dandelion stimulates the secretion of gastric juices and the flow of bile with its bitter substances. It promotes fat metabolism and stimulates the appetite.
Psyllium husks are insoluble dietary fibres that swell up after consumption. In addition to their cleansing effect, they ensure good food digestion in the gastrointestinal tract because they promote intestinal motility (peristalsis) and thus the further transport of intestinal contents.
Garlic contains a lot of allicin, which gives the plant its typical pungent odour and taste. Allicin can fight microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and protozoa (a type of parasite) in the body.
Oregano, the popular "pizza spice", contains tannins, bitter substances and essential oils that are helpful for good digestion. They stimulate the production of digestive juices and counteract flatulence.
Black cumin has a digestive effect due to its bitter substance nigellin and the saponin melanthin.
Black walnut contains active ingredients that are effective against parasites, but also against fungal infestation, e.g. Candida.
Cat's claw: Research and clinical studies have shown that this liana-like plant has antioxidant properties.
Olive leaves contain many useful secondary plant substances (including flavonoids, polyphenols, bitter substances and the main active ingredient oleuropein).
Biotin supports the cell renewal of the intestinal mucosa. This tissue is particularly dependent on a sufficient supply of biotin because it is completely renewed every two to three days. Certain illnesses and the intake of medication such as antibiotics can increase the need for biotin.
After colon cleansing with WOSCHA Candi Clear, we recommend taking one of our tried and tested lactic acid bacteria. The microorganisms accelerate the rebuilding of the intestinal flora after intestinal cleansing and help it to regenerate more quickly. Water recycling
The human body consists of 70-80 per cent water. In order to cover the body's high water requirement, water is removed from the non-utilisable food pulp in the large intestine. Ultimately, as little of this precious liquid as possible should be lost. The recommended daily fluid intake of 1.5 - 2 litres therefore also reduces the risk of constipation due to heavy stools.

Caution
