Supplementing calcium with a single supplement is no longer appropriate. Calcium is one of the most important elements of bone tissue. As we age, when calcium requirements increase, we should pay particular attention to ensuring that we consume sufficient calcium. However, recent findings suggest that high-level, one-sided supplementation with a single calcium supplement in addition to the diet does not appear to be the optimal choice. These minerals are known under the brand name TRAACS® (The Real Amino Acid Chelate System) and are characterised by their excellent absorption and tolerability.

Another important aspect is the stability of the vitamins used in the formulation in the end product. In other words, the doses do not decrease after production or opening of the packaging, and after a certain time the content no longer corresponds to that stated on the label. Vitamin K2 in particular is known to be unstable. The vitamin K2 content of a product can decrease rapidly, especially in combination with minerals (such as calcium and magnesium) and certain excipients. This is highly undesirable as you want to keep a food supplement throughout its shelf life. Silicon

Last but not least, Bone and Tooth Formula Pro is supplemented with the trace element silicon in a unique form under the brand name MESOPOROSIL®. After intensive research, the manufacturer Eytelia was the first to succeed in developing a form of silicon that does not have to be liquid in order to be well absorbed. It is therefore sufficient to consume just a few milligrams a day to adequately supplement the silicon intake from food.
