Vitamin C, zinc and selenium and beta glucan support the normal function of the immune system. Beta glucan is found in the cellulose of plants such as oats and barley or in fungi, algae, bacteria and yeast. Because it is only the extracted part of yeast that is involved here, Natur Vital Beta Glucan can also be consumed by people who suffer from yeast intolerance. Beta glucan is primarily obtained from the cell walls of baker's yeast, as the gentlest method of extraction can be used there.
The special "(1-3, 1-6)-Beta-D-branching" of Natur Vital Beta Glucan enables the macrophages as so-called "scavenger cells" in the body to work strengthened and well in order to promote the immunisation of the body. They immediately recognise bacteria or viruses as
