P5P Extra is a combination of higher doses of B vitamins and has been specially developed for people with an increased need for B vitamins. Vitamin B and chromium are obtained enzymatically from Lactobacillus bulgaricus. This achieves a particularly high bioavailability.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily. Switzerland: 1 capsule every 2 days.
Warning from the manufacturer
Long-term consumption of 50 mg vitamin B6 or more may lead to tingling or numbness.
