This product contains natural acerola cherry fruit powder with a natural vitamin C content of 17%. The acerola cherry provides 30 times as much vitamin C as a lemon. The cherry, which is native to the tropics, has the second highest content of natural vitamin C after camu camu. In contrast to ascorbic acid, acerola vitamin C contains other natural plant substances. These additional antioxidants, so-called secondary plant substances, in the acerola cherry enhance the natural vitamin C content. These chewable tablets with cane sugar are pleasantly tasty to chew or suck and are also very popular with children.
