5-HTP is an amino acid that is an intermediate in the production of serotonin and melatonin. 5-HTP plus is obtained naturally from the African black bean Griffonia Simplicifolia and is therefore particularly rich. With P5P, the best form of vitamin B6, and magnesium.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Griffonia simplicifolia extract (contains 5-HTP), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6 active).
Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules before or with a meal.
Warning from the manufacturer
Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor if you are taking medication at the same time (especially psychotropic drugs). Contraindications: Carcinoid syndrome, renal insufficiency.
Instructions for use of EnergyVital
5-HTP is a very effective substance. Taking large quantities can quickly lead to nausea. Therefore, as a "newcomer" it is essential to start with small quantities. 1 capsule is sufficient for most people, 50 mg is already a generous dose. Only take the maximum amount of 2 capsules suggested by the manufacturer if you tolerate it well and if 1 capsule is not sufficient.
